David M. Fink received his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia (formerly North Georgia College and State University) in 2006, graduating cum laude. In 2010, he earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans – College of Law. He joined Onebane Law Firm in 2024. Before joining Onebane, he worked in New Orleans for the first thirteen years of his legal career.
David is a litigator with broad experience in various fields ranging from: general and complex litigation, commercial litigation, contract and commercial development, and municipal and governmental agencies. He has previously counseled and represented clients in substantive areas such as commercial contract development and disputes, internal investigations, insurance defense, open meetings law, and public records law. He has previously represented such public entities as the Orleans Parish Hospital Service District – District A, Orleans Parish District Attorney’s Office, and the Constable’s Office for the First City Court for the City of Orleans. David also has substantial experience in the field of Special Master assignments.
In his leisure time, David enjoys golf, travel, and was a former high school baseball assistant coach. David grew up in Kenner, Louisiana and Cumming, Georgia. David has happily resided in the Lafayette area since 2021 with his wife, Brydie and two children.
